Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Teacher to support daily care and early learning in our child care center. You will help create a safe, engaging classroom environment and follow licensing standards while assisting with activities and routines.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication with families, and participation in ongoing training on childcare and development topics. This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule and offers a path for growth within the Learning Care

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Observe, assess, and plan for children, and communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.
