Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking energetic Assistant Teachers to support daily childcare, learning through play, and family engagement in a caring environment. You will help maintain a clean, organized classroom while following licensing guidelines and company standards.

You’ll complete training on childcare, preschool, and development topics and participate in a Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities for growth and advancement within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure daily care of every child.
• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop the ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, and effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool, and child development topics.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily care for children in the classroom.
