Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Childcare Administrator to help lead a vibrant preschool center. You will assist center leadership in daily operations, guide teachers to deliver high-quality programs, and contribute to a nurturing, safe learning environment for children.

You will also maintain strong parent communication, ensure licensing compliance, and collaborate with staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals.

Qualifications

• Three years of professional teaching experience.
• Two years of administrative experience.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Center Leadership in managing day-to-day operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the teaching team and ensure high quality programs.
• Work in the classroom as needed, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning experience.
• Communicate regularly with parents via apps and discussions.
• Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and regulations.
• Support center success by driving enrollment and engagement.

As a Childcare Administrator, you will:

• Assist Center Leadership in managing the day-to-day operations of the center.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
