The Learning Experience is seeking an Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team in New Jersey. You will support our proprietary curriculum, help children learn through play, and contribute to a caring classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• Have a high school diploma/GED (ECE coursework preferred).
• Meet any applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other teachers to implement our proprietary curriculum and use engaging characters to make TLE a fun place for children to learn and grow.
• Maintain quality compliance and health and safety standards throughout the classrooms and programs.
• Collaborate with peers to create a welcoming, engaging space for children.
• Communicate with parents and families about the child's adventures and achievements via apps and discussions.

As an Assistant Teacher, you will:
