Job summary

Intellibee in Durham, NC seeks a contract Child Welfare Trainer/Content Developer to analyze CWIS functionality and design classroom and eLearning solutions for system implementation.

You will collaborate with the Training Lead, Business and Agile Teams, and SMEs to create materials, maintain LMS-ready content, and deliver engaging in-person and virtual sessions for county and state staff.

Qualifications

• Experience designing training materials for adult learners.
• Ability to translate CWIS functionality into learning content.
• Experience with LMS tools and development environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver classroom and eLearning materials.
• Develop and maintain training materials for instructional use.
• Lead sessions in person, virtually, or web-based formats.
