Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate program, policy, and stakeholder needs into clear business requirements and specifications.
• Analyze complex data, identify patterns, and measure outcomes.
• Coordinate with technical staff to understand requirements and processes.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for modernization workstreams.
• Facilitate requirements sessions with stakeholders and project leadership.
• Support traceability between objectives, requirements, and system design.
• Prepare client-ready documentation and status updates.
• Promote alignment with CCWIS and federal/state requirements.
