Job summary

STI in Durham, NC is seeking a NC Fast Child Welfare Readiness Liaison to support change management and readiness for CWIS implementation. This role requires extensive statewide travel up to 90%, with some evenings and weekends possible.

You will coordinate with NC DHHS and county staff, facilitate meetings, and communicate CWIS concerns clearly. The ideal candidate has excellent written and verbal skills, strong change management and Microsoft Office proficiency, and knowledge of NC Child

• Knowledge of NC Child Welfare policies and NC FAST.
• Ability to collect and interpret data to meet objectives for stakeholders.
• Proficiency in NC FAST navigation, application development and system analysis.
