• Supports executive review, analysis, and management of Child Welfare personnel performance and trends.
• Directs staff development policies and practices.
• Acts as liaison with data system staff, legal, HR, and executive staff on performance issues.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal policies and procedures governing Child Welfare.
