Job summary

Crossnore Communities for Children seeks a Bridging Families Supervisor in the Charlotte, NC area. You will oversee the Bridging Families program’s daily operations, ensuring compliance with state/federal regulations and accreditation standards, while empowering Bridge Parents to provide a safe, structured home environment for youth.

You will implement program goals, lead staff, provide training, and ensure timely documentation.

Qualifications

• Meets requirements for a Qualified Professional with relevant education and supervised clinical experience.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in child welfare or Bridging Families settings preferred.
• Experience supervising foster care or group living programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate daily operations of the Bridging Families program.
• Implement program goals and performance metrics to meet expectations.
• Develop and lead in-service training on clinical and Sanctuary Model standards.
• Manage budgets and resident-related activities.
• Train Bridge Parents on trauma-informed care and related models.
• Coordinate transportation and legal documentation for residents.
