Rebekah Children's Services in Campbell, CA is seeking a Clinical Program Manager III to lead the Bridging Families program. You will develop and manage treatment plans for children and families, supervise staff, and ensure completion of documentation and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Licensed MSW/MFT/LPCC or equivalent with two years post licensure experience.
• Three years of experience in a setting working with children and families.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with public child-serving systems and cross-system partnerships.
• Supervisory and management experience.
• California license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or PhD) required.
• California driver’s license and good DMV report.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed services and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with Bridging Families staff providing supervision and support for the on-going care of clients and their families.
• Provides accurate and timely record keeping, data collection, and sharing of information such as meeting minutes and CANS summaries.
• Guides use of outcome measurement tools and clinical procedures in trauma-informed care.
• Demonstrates clinical competence in care of children and families.
• Oversees quality, culturally proficient and inclusive services for children and families.
• Provides supervision and training to staff on an ongoing basis.
• Maintains required documentation per Medi-Cal and state standards.
