Job summary

Rebekah Children's Services seeks a Clinical Program Manager III in Campbell, CA to lead the Bridging Families program. You will supervise staff, manage treatment plans for children and families, and ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care across community and in-home settings.

The role requires an LCSW/LMFT/LPCC license and three years of relevant experience, with strong collaboration across systems and a commitment to quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Licensed MSW/MFT/LPCC or equivalent with two years post licensure.
• Three years of experience with children and families in a mental health setting.
• Experience collaborating with public child-serving systems.
• Supervisory/management experience.
• California license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC, or PhD) and CA driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Bridging Families staff and oversee continued care for clients and families.
• Maintain accurate records, data collection, and reports (e.g., CANS, PSC-35, CSQ-8).
• Guide use of outcome measures and trauma-informed practices.
• Demonstrate high clinical competence with care for children and families.
• Collaborate with community partners to ensure service quality and continuity.
• Provide staff training and ongoing supervision.
