Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Litigate civil matters on behalf of Baltimore County, mainly child welfare cases.
• Perform legal research and prepare court filings and orders in circuit and district courts.
• Prepare and present testimony and evidence in contested hearings.
• Provide general legal advice and respond to subpoenas as needed.
• Coordinate with the County Attorney and other staff to manage caseloads.
