Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of job-related case management experience.
• Or one year of experience at the lower-level Child Welfare Services Case Manager 3 (SSP072) or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for statewide travel.
• Ability to travel statewide and pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and plan work of assigned staff.
• Coordinate and monitor children in out-of-home placements and in-home services.
• Develop case plans using community resources to meet custodial needs.
• Initiate legal processes for guardianship, protective services, placement, and/or adoption.
• Maintain required documentation and complete reports.
