Responsibilities

• Supervises, guides, and/or instructs the work assignments of subordinate staff.
• Supervises a social services unit delivering investigative and case management for child abuse/neglect.
• Directs professional staff, sets unit goals, and manages workloads to meet agency objectives.
• Conducts home-visit evaluations to inform assessments.
• Coordinates services including foster care and in-home interventions.
• Maintains documentation and prepares required reports.
