Job summary

Better Together in Naples, FL seeks a Family Support Manager to lead the Better Families Program across Southwest Florida. You will assess needs, match families with approved volunteer host families, and manage intakes, life goals, and reunification planning.

• Bachelor's or master's degree in social work or a related field is preferred.
• Florida Child Welfare Certification from the Florida Certification Board is preferred.
• Fieldwork in the community with families and volunteers is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess the needs and strengths of parents, children, and volunteer families to inform placement decisions.
• Match volunteer families with families seeking support and develop an individualized Support Plan.
• Provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to families to ensure successful implementation of the plan.
