Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Experience with case management and investigations is preferred.
• Ability to assess safety, risk, and needs for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Initiates timely, face-to-face responses to screened-in reports of child maltreatment.
• Develops and implements safety plans to address safety concerns.
• Conducts assessments and collaborates with families to achieve outcomes.
• Maintains case documentation within policy time frames.
• Routinely participates in after-hours on-call duty and telework when applicable.
