The role reports to the supervisor and includes telework opportunities depending on the position.

Under supervision, you will identify safety needs, implement safety plans, and collaborate with families to pursue permanency goals while maintaining complete documentation and participation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in child welfare or social services preferred.
• Ability to travel using a private vehicle for work-related duties.
• Must pass agency testing and background checks.
• Telework opportunities depending on position.

Responsibilities

• Initiates timely, face-to-face responses to reports of alleged child maltreatment.
• Develops safety plans to address safety concerns.
• Collaborates with families and partners to achieve permanency goals.
• Maintains case documentation within policy timeframes.
• Routinely participates in after-hours on-call duty.
