Responsibilities include planning daily schedules, supervising participants, and assisting with program management. Candidates should be 18+, with CPR/AED and First Aid within 30 days, and a customer-service mindset.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience working with infants and children is a plus.
• CPR/AED and First Aid Certification required within 30 days of hire from an approved organization.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise participants and ensure their safety.
• Plan and coordinate age-appropriate activities and events.
• Interact positively with participants, parents, and staff.
• Follow emergency procedures to protect participants and staff.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders and maintain program quality.
• Perform general housekeeping and maintain a clean, safe environment.
• Assist in planning, supervising, and implementing daily schedules and curriculum.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings and support other departments as needed.
