Job summary

KinderCare Education LLC is seeking a Driver to safely transport staff and children to and from school, field trips, and other locations. You will support the Center Director and participate in center activities, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, 21+ years of age, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), and strong communication skills. Flexible hours and occasional lifting may be needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with ≤3 moving violations in the last 3 years.
• Age 21 or older and able to drive center vehicles.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Able to work flexible hours and assignments.
• Good verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
• At least two years of experience transporting children preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds may be required in some classrooms or kitchens.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Safely transporting staff and children to and from school, field trips, and other locations.
• Complying with KinderCare and governmental regulations regarding child care.
• Keeping the Center Director informed of information regarding child care and safety.
• Assisting with other daily center duties as needed.
• Transporting center vehicle for servicing and inspections.
• Attending and participating in staff meetings, center events, and parent/customer meetings.
