Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Driver to safely transport staff and children to and from school, field trips, and other locations. You will ensure safety and compliance with all regulations, while supporting center operations and family communication.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain), and comfortable working flexible hours. Experience transporting children and strong English communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required with minimal violations in past 3 years
• At least 21 years old and able to drive center vehicles
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Able to work flexible hours and assignments
• Good verbal, listening, and written communication skills
• At least two years of experience transporting children preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds may be required in some classrooms/kitchen

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and supervision of children during transport to schools, field trips, and other locations
• Comply with KinderCare and governmental regulations for child care
• Keep Center Director informed of information regarding child care and safety
• Assist with other daily center duties as needed
• Transport center vehicle for servicing (oil changes, inspections)
• Attend staff meetings and parent/customer meetings as requested
