Job summary

Zarephath in Yuma, AZ seeks a Hybrid Community-Based Therapist to meet families where they are, in telehealth and in‑person settings. You will deliver holistic therapy for children and families, collaborating with CPS/DDD to ensure a whole‑picture approach to healing.

You will create individualized treatment plans, participate in weekly supervision, and balance community and telehealth work in a flexible hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field.
• Licensed to practice (LAC/LMSW/LPC/LCSW) in Arizona.
• 3+ years working with children; CBT/TF-CBT familiarity.
• 21+ years old; valid AZ driver’s license and fingerprint clearance.
• CPR/First Aid certification and knowledge of AZ behavioral health system.

Responsibilities

• Deliver holistic individual, family, and group therapy for children and families.
• Collaborate with families and community agencies (CPS, DDD) for a whole‑picture approach.
• Create individualized treatment roadmaps for long‑term growth.

What You’ll Need to Join Us

• Education: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensure: LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW (Associate-level clinicians receive supervision toward independent licensure!).
• Experience: 3+ years working directly with children; familiarity with CBT/TF-CBT is a major plus.
• Age: 21+ years old.
• Clearances: Valid AZ Driver’s License, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Insight: Knowledge of Arizona’s behavioral health system and the "12 Principles".
