Job summary

Zarephath in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Hybrid Community-Based Therapist to support children and families through telehealth and in-person sessions. You will deliver individual, family, and group therapy within a collaborative care model, and develop individualized treatment plans to promote long-term well-being.

Requirements include a Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field, Arizona licensure (LAC/LMSW/LPC/LCSW), 3+ years working with children, and knowledge of CBT/TF-CBT.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Active AZ licensure: LAC/LMSW/LPC/LCSW (or eligible).
• 3+ years of direct work with children; CBT/TF-CBT familiarity.

What You’ll Need to Join Us

• Education: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensure: LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW (Associate-level clinicians receive supervision toward independent licensure!).
• Experience: 3+ years working directly with children; familiarity with CBT/TF-CBT is a major plus.
• Age: 21+ years old.
• Clearances: Valid AZ Driver’s License, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Insight: Knowledge of Arizona’s behavioral health system and the "12 Principles".
