Job summary

Zarephath in Central Phoenix is seeking a Hybrid Community-Based Therapist to support families virtually and in person, delivering holistic therapy for children and families. You’ll collaborate with CPS, DDD, and community partners to ensure a comprehensive approach to healing.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work, AZ licensure (LAC/LMSW/LPC/LCSW), and 3+ years working with children.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field is required.
• Licensure as LAC/LMSW/LPC/LCSW is required or in progress with supervision.
• 3+ years working directly with children; CBT/TF-CBT familiarity a major plus.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Need to Join Us

• Education: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensure: LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW (Associate-level clinicians receive supervision toward independent licensure!).
• Experience: 3+ years working directly with children; familiarity with CBT/TF-CBT is a major plus.
• Age: 21+ years old.
• Clearances: Valid AZ Driver’s License, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Insight: Knowledge of Arizona’s behavioral health system and the "12 Principles".
