Job summary

Zarephath, a Tucson-based behavioral health agency, seeks a Hybrid Community-Based Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and families in the community and via telehealth.

You will collaborate with families and local agencies to ensure a whole-picture approach, create personalized treatment plans, and participate in weekly supervision with our Clinical Director to sharpen your skills and advance your career.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Licensed or Associate-level licensure (LAC/LMSW/LPC/LCSW) with supervision toward full licensure.
• Minimum 3 years of direct work with children; CBT/TF-CBT familiarity.
• Arizona driver’s license and fingerprint clearance.
• Ability to work both telehealth and in-person with families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, family, and group sessions addressing trauma, ADHD, anxiety.
• Collaborate with families and community agencies for holistic care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans guiding long-term outcomes.
• Participate in weekly supervision with Clinical Director.

What You’ll Need to Join Us

• Education: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
• Licensure: LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW (Associate‑level clinicians receive supervision toward independent licensure!).
• Experience: 3+ years working directly with children; familiarity with CBT/TF-CBT is a major plus.
• Age: 21+ years old.
• Clearances: Valid AZ Driver’s License, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and CPR/First Aid certification.
• Insight: Knowledge of Arizona’s behavioral health system and the "12 Principles."
