Responsibilities

• Interview customers by telephone and in person to determine service needs and next steps in case management.
• Initiate locate procedures to determine address, employment, and assets.
• Prepare cases and legal/administrative documents for review by staff attorney or supervisor.
• Respond to inquiries from employers, customers, and staff from other states.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of case information.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Attend work on a regular and timely basis.
