Zusammenfassung

ACT Team is seeking caring individuals to mentor and support autistic clients in Columbus, WI. No experience required; paid training is provided. You will work 1:1 with clients in their home or community, following a therapy program and promoting engagement through play.

Flexible scheduling includes weekends with a $3/hour weekend premium. Earned wages can be accessed via UKG Wallet, and a $500 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.
• Excellent communication skills, compassionate and patient.
• Able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, run and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Engage and play with clients following a therapy program.
• Work 1:1 with clients in home or community; sessions 2–4 hours long.
• Shifts Monday–Friday 8:30am–6:30pm and weekends.
• $3/hour pay increase for weekend hours.
• $500 sign-on bonus.
• Flexible schedules from 5 hours per week.
• College students can gain experience; great for stay-at-home parents or retirees.

Position Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma, access to a vehicle
• Excellent communication skills, compassionate, patient and enjoy working with children and young adults
• Must be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, run and lift up to 50lbs
• You will engage and play with clients while following a therapy program which will be developed for you
• You will work 1:1 with clients in their home or community setting. Sessions usually run 2-4 hours long
• Shifts available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:30pm as well as weekends
• $3/hour pay increase for weekend hours
