Job summary

Jimmy Jazz is seeking caring individuals to mentor and support autistic clients in the Madison/Marshall area. No prior experience required; paid training provided. The role is 1:1, in clients' homes or community settings, with shifts Monday–Friday and weekends.

Base pay $15.00-$18.00 per hour, plus a $250 sign-on bonus after probation and training. Flexible weekend options with a $3/hour increase for weekend hours, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma.
• Excellent communication, compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• No prior experience required; paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients in home or community settings.
• Engage and play with clients while following a therapy program.
• Sessions typically run 2–4 hours; weekend shifts available.

Position Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old, with a high school diploma and reliable transportation and reside in the Marshall, WI area
• Excellent communication skills, compassionate, patient and enjoy working with children and young adults
• Must be able to sit on the floor, stoop, stand, walk, run and lift up to 50lbs
• You will engage and play with clients while following a therapy program which will be developed for you
• You will work 1:1 with clients in their home or community setting. Sessions usually run 2-4 hours long
• Shifts available Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:30pm as well as weekends
• $3/hour pay increase for weekend hours
• $250 Sign On Bonus payable upon satisfactory completion of 90 day probationary period and all training
• Flexible schedules based on when you want to work. Work as little as 5 hours per week
