Job summary

Otter Tail County is accepting applications for a Support Enforcement Aide in the Human Services Department. The role supports the Child Support Collection Unit by entering data, generating billing statements, and preparing reports for federal and state requirements.

• Ability to perform data entry and maintain case files.
• Familiarity with court-ordered payment enforcement is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into computer system to generate billing statements.
• Produce required statistics for federal and state reports.
• Monitor accounts for compliance with court-ordered payment plans.
• Analyze court orders for enforcement actions.
• Locate absent parents and review postings and disbursements.
• Assist with requests from court, county attorney, clients, agencies, states, and employers to ensure timely processing.
