Qualifications

• Proficient in accounting software Bi-Tech or One Solution; ability to reconcile financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Review case information for accuracy and compliance with court orders.
• Collect financial, personal and employment information.
• Prepare paperwork and coordinate with other court employees, attorneys, counties and agencies on support, custody and parenting time matters as required.
• Perform locating of absent parents using federal/state locating services, internet, employers and other sources.
• Explain processes to clients and assist with case guidance including orders, enforcement and payments.
