JOB SUMMARY:

This Internal Transfer position performs customer support for child support cases and is an excellent fit for critical thinkers. If you enjoy working with customers and problem solving, this may be the position for you. Your duties would include:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue in the Child Support Program as a Revenue Specialist II.
  • Did not accept a lateral transfer within the last 12 months (excluding hardship lateral transfers).

PREFERENCES:

  • Preference may be given to individuals with experience handling, reading and understanding court documents.

SALARY: $38,760.36 - $45,004.08 / annually
