Fortuna is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our on-site Child Support Services call center in Rancho Cordova, CA. You will support parents, employers, and recipients with payment and account inquiries while handling high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and accuracy.

You will work in a fast-paced environment requiring clear communication across phone, chat, and email, with ongoing policy updates.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have strong computer and phone skills; proficiency in web-based applications.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls from parents, employers, and recipients.
• Register PPS to make electronic payments and inform PRS of payment options.
• Inform employers of payment options and register them to make electronic payments.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, chat, and email and resolve customer issues.
