Job Summary

As aFull-Time Call Center Representative, youwill be responsible for answering inbound calls regarding child support receipts and disbursements handle standards in a fast-paced, large call volume environment.Utilize multiple computerized systems, multi-tasking, and document each call. Respond to South Carolina child support inquiries, and complaints, using a standard script and procedures.Gather information and research/resolve inquiries. Callers about the services available and assess caller's needs.
