Qualifications

• Must be a Texas-licensed attorney in good standing.
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Newly licensed attorneys are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Review pleadings, motions, and case-related materials for accuracy and sufficiency.
• Provide legal advice, consultation, and guidance to Child Support staff and attorneys.
• Conduct legal research on Texas Family Law and child support issues.
• Prepare memoranda, opinions, and written work products.
