Job summary

Department of Human Services in Augusta, GA is seeking a Child Support Services Agent 2. You will establish and enforce child support obligations under supervision and communicate with clients to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is required.
• Two years of direct job-related experience with a high school diploma/GED is required.
• One year of experience at the lower-level Child Support Services Agent 1 (SST060) or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes child support obligations and ensures they are met.
• Communicates with clients and constituents via phone, email, correspondence, and direct contact to ensure obligations are met.
• Manages a caseload to ensure obligations are met.
• Performs other professional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of direct job-related experience.

One (1) year of experience at the lower-level Child Support Services Agent 1 (SST060) or position equivalent.
