Child Support Agent I

Supports child support enforcement services by assisting with case intake, customer service, case research, and file preparation. Duties include interviewing clients, gathering and verifying information, establishing paternity and support obligations, maintaining records, processing applications, and communicating with clients, courts, and agencies. The role requires strong organizational, communication, investigative, and customer service skills in an office-based environment.
