Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• College-level coursework in Accounting, Business, Human Services, or related field.
• Two years of accounting office experience.
• Experience with diverse socio-economic backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Process court orders and enter into statewide computer system.
• Audit accounts and initiate corrections.
• Review and verify financial account information.
• Maintain records and provide customer service by phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinate case activities with caseworkers and prepare payments.
