Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree under Human Services umbrella (psych, social work, sociology, criminal justice, political science).
• 1 year experience working with children.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the performance of initial and ongoing evaluations of the child and family.
• Complete initial and ongoing assessments of the child and family as required.
• Assist families in identifying early intervention services and support identified on their IFSP
• Enter service notes the same day that the activity occurs.
