Job summary

JusticeWorks Family of Services in Elbert County, CO is seeking a Child Services Case Manager to support youth and families, assess needs, develop individualized plans, and coordinate with community partners to ensure access to resources and services.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work non-traditional hours. The role offers an hourly pay range of $22.00–$24.00 and an ESOP-friendly, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.
• Pass current, applicable clearances.
• Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Regularly check in on the child's emotional, physical, and social well-being, including observing behavior, academic progress, and home life.
• Manage complex cases, including intake, assessment, development of service plans, and follow-up services.
• Assess situations, identify issues, and create practical solutions to overcome barriers, particularly in challenging family dynamics or when accessing services.
• Transport clients utilizing personal vehicle, as necessary.
