• Requires master's degree in social work or related human services field.
• Requires three years of progressively responsible administrative child welfare experience.

Responsibilities

• Serves as Child Protection Training Academy (Simulations) Staff Development Training Administrator.
• Develops and implements statewide policies and procedures for all Simulations staff development and training programs.
• Serves as full line supervisor of subordinate staff.
• Develops and implements statewide planning for Child Protection Training Academy (Simulations) training programs to meet departmental needs.
• Performs other duties as required within scope of duties enumerated above.
