Job summary

TaraVista Behavioral Health in Devens, Massachusetts is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (RN) for a 24-hour day shift in an inpatient child psych setting. You will provide direct and indirect patient care, assess patients' physical and psychological conditions, and contribute to care plans with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications include an active Massachusetts RN license (BSN preferred), CPR certification, and experience in behavioral health or substance use disorders.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts (MA) with active status.
• Behavioral health and substance use disorders knowledge.
• Trauma-Informed Recovery model understanding.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in psychiatric inpatient or substance use settings preferred.
• Ability to manage crises and time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients, families, and guardians.
• Assess patients' physical and psychological condition throughout care.
• Contribute to care plans and document goals and interventions.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu within TaraVista Behavioral Health Center.
