Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Massachusetts
• BSN preferred
• CPR certification
• Experience in psychiatric or substance use disorders inpatient settings preferred
• Crisis management and time management skills; ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to patients and families
• Assess patients physical and psychological condition continuously
• Utilize nursing process in line with TaraVista core principles
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and contribute to patient treatment plans

Education
