Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in PA as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist.
• Master’s degree in social work or related field required.
• Minimum of two years of clinical supervision experience in child welfare, mental health, or prevention.
• Experience supervising family therapy, CBT, behavior modification, and clinical case management.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly reflective supervision and case conferences for clinical teams.
• Review progress notes, treatment plans, and diagnoses for children and families.
• Ensure regulatory adherence and timely submission of documentation.
• Coach and develop staff; recruit and train new employees as needed.
• Foster trauma-informed, strengths-based, collaborative teamwork.
• Respond to crises and provide on-call support as needed.
