Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
• 2 years of work experience with youth and families strongly preferred.
• Preferred valid advanced professional license: LPC, LCPC, LMFT, or LMSW; license-eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family mental health services and case management.
• Travels daily to provide community-based services for youth and families.
• Completes documentation and training in a timely manner.
• Maintains productivity thresholds and coordinates services across clinical teams.
