Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or comparable field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience with youth and families.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to work flexible and non-traditional hours.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family mental health services.
• Travels daily to deliver community-based services.
• Coordinates and monitors youth and family services across disciplines.
• Reviews and adjusts plans to ensure progress toward goals.
• Supports foster caregivers and families while maintaining safety.
