FirstSteps for Kids, Inc. is looking for a Behavior Technician to work with children diagnosed with autism, teaching them valuable life skills including communication and socialization. This role offers full and part-time schedules, providing hands-on experience that makes a difference in children's lives.

Our new team members receive between $21 and $22 per hour on average and are eligible for multiple wage increases throughout the year.
