Qualifications

• One year of related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with families, service providers, and community partners.

Position Summary

The Child Development Specialist works with children ages 0-3 and their families through the Birth to Three and Family Support programs. This position helps families identify their child's developmental needs, coordinates services and supports, develops individualized plans, and connects families with appropriate providers and community resources.
