Job summary

The Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington seeks a Program Coordinator to oversee daily administrative functions for the Child Development Program, serving as first contact for new families and coordinating enrollment and subsidy processes.

You will supervise temporary staff and volunteers, support marketing, compliance, and data management, and ensure licensing and funding standards are met, working closely with the Sr. Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited college/university.
• Two years of experience supporting a mid-to high-level administrator in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and strong MS Office skills with data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily center operations including enrollment records, attendance, and program reports.
• Oversee enrollment and family engagement, tours, applications, and customer service.
• Lead marketing and community outreach to increase enrollment and partnerships.
• Supervise temporary staff and volunteers and monitor budgets.
