Job summary

TestPros seeks a Privacy Compliance Consultant to assess digital products against state privacy regulations focused on children’s data, including COPPA and Age-Appropriate Design Code. You will evaluate how websites and apps collect, use, store, and share data with a focus on minors.

This is a part-time consulting role (1099/Corp-to-Corp) offering flexible hours and project-based work. You will deliver audit-style reports with actionable recommendations to clients in the US.

Qualifications

• Experience with privacy regulations, especially COPPA and state privacy laws focused on children.
• Experience conducting privacy assessments / audits including PIA/DPIA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct independent privacy assessments of digital systems (web/mobile).
• Review how user data is collected, used, stored and shared.
• Analyze data flows and data handling practices across platforms.
• Evaluate consent mechanisms and age verification controls.
• Identify privacy risks and compliance gaps and document findings.
• Provide audit-style reports with practical recommendations.
