Job summary

Center Psychotherapy LLC is seeking a licensed or license-eligible clinician to provide trauma-informed therapy to children, adolescents, and adults within a mission-driven group practice in Massachusetts.

We offer strong administrative support, a steady referral stream, and a collaborative team culture, with weekly supervision and ongoing CE opportunities to support your clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinician in Massachusetts or license-eligible.
• Experience providing trauma-informed therapy to children, teens and adults.
• Ability to maintain productivity of 25 billable hours within a 40-hour workweek.

Center Psychotherapy is a mission-based growing, trauma-focused group practice seeking a licensed or license-eligible clinician to provide trauma-informed therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.

We offer a steady referral stream, strong administrative support, and a collaborative team culture — so you can focus on clinical care, not billing or marketing.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide trauma-informed therapy to children, adolescence and their caregivers.
• Maintain productivity of 25 billable hours within a 40-hour workweek.
• Complete timely documentation in EHR.
• Collaborate with clinicians and outside providers as needed.
• Attend weekly supervision and monthly team meetings.
