Job summary

Stonebridge Counseling in Sacramento, CA is seeking licensed clinicians or registered associates to join a thriving private practice with a strong mentorship model. You will work with children, couples, and families, integrating advanced therapeutic approaches in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

We offer flexible hybrid scheduling (25+ sessions weekly), competitive pay per session plus admin time, high-level training in trauma-informed, somatic modalities, and supportive supervision

Qualifications

• Licensed Clinician or Registered Associate with BBS in California.
• Experience or interest in working with children, couples, and families.
• Interest in learning or enhancing skills in somatic and experiential modalities

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual, couple, family, and child therapy sessions.
• Maintain timely, compliant documentation.
• Participate in individual and group supervision (for associates), continued professional development training, and case consultation (3 hours per week total commitment).

What We’re Looking For:

• Passionate about working with children, couples, and families.
• Skilled or interested in developing competence in experiential modalities(EMDR, sensorimotor, polyvagal informed, parts-based, somatic, art, sand tray, etc... periodic training provided).
• Ideally able to provide some late afternoon and/or evening availability.
• Willing to provide full time hybrid availability (25+ sessions weekly).
• Committed to a collaborative, learning-centered environment.
